Nathan W. Kearns is the Regional Program Director US European and Pacific Command at the Defense Institute of International Legal Studies (DIILS). He is in charge of planning, managing, and executing 60 international missions in 100+ countries on various topics. He also created and directed the Stability Operations Legal Aspects of ROE/RUF Afghanistan (SOLARA) Course and the 1206 & 1207 and GSCF Human Rights Seminar Programs that promote the observance of and respect for, human rights and fundamental freedoms, respect for legitimate civilian authority, and promote observance and respect for international humanitarian law. Mr. Kearns has created multi-year anti-corruption programs in Thailand, Czech Republic, and Bosnia. He

also has created a US based anti-corruption program with the FBI, DOJ, NYPD, and various other government agencies and subject matter experts.
